What: UV COLOR SPLASH 5K IS COMING TO ASHEVILLE
Where: ASHEVILLE OUTLET MALL, 800 BREVARD Road
When: OCTOBER 8TH, 2017
TLA grows organic produce and donates 100 percent of it to food pantries, community lunches, share markets and job training and wellness programs, reaching underserved communities throughout the Asheville area.
Since 2009 they have donated 125,360 pounds of fresh, organic produce equaling 334,293 servings of food valued at more than $300,000.
In 2016 alone, more than 500 volunteers, including 26 community groups found a space to learn and work, contributing over 2,800 hours of service to benefit the Asheville community. Since 2009 that number is almost 15,000 hours and continues to grow.

While you’re waiting for the dash to start, make sure you say hello to the vendors, get your groove on in the DJ Dance Party, enter drawings and contests, and much more! This is a family friendly event, so all ages, shapes & abilities are invited to participate.
7:00 PM Ready! Set! Go!
Bring your tennies, laughter, and energy to The Color Dash 5k fun-run/walk. Start with a white shirt and get doused with an array of glowing colors at each kilometer. Walk, dash, sprint or Rock n’ Roll, whatever your method, just let the color move you.
8:30 PM Stick around after the dash for the Color Explosion!
Party it up at the after party, and on the count of 3,2,1 throw the remaining color up in the air and let it rain down as we celebrate our victory for the Lord’s Acre!
